Stage Fright As an Effect of a New Experience
Anything that is unusual or uncommon can be frightening sometimes. But constant exposure and experience of something unusual can create a feeling of familiarity and confidence sometimes. Of course, there is always a first time. And that first time can often be the reason why most of us experience stage fright. Stage fright is only a common feeling and not bad at all. Even usual and consistent events and interactions may trigger fear. But as always been said stage fright cannot kill you. It can only affect your feeling and reactions, but can never harm you. And this feeling does not linger for longer time. As you managed to overcome fright and get used to the new experience, you can be able to do those things without interruptions and fear. Do not be conscious when people stare at you. Staring at you does not mean criticizing or embarrassing you. It would only give you stress if you think negatively about a new experience.
